Industrial dryers are commonly used to dry large quantities of materials. The cylinder body is generally made of high-quality steel plate or stainless steel plate rolled and welded, the heat source of the dryer comes from the heating device, the dryer adopts the flow heating method, the material to be dried is mostly sent by the belt conveyor or bucket elevator into the hopper, through the feed pipe into the feed end, the general feed pipe inclination is greater than the natural Angle of the material, so that the material can smoothly flow into the industrial dryer. Industrial dryers are widely used in food, compound fertilizer, feed, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining and other industries. The working process of the equipment is as follows: After the dehydrated wet material is added to the dryer, it is turned over by the sheet evenly distributed in the cylinder, that is, after being pushed by the spiral sheet, due to the inclined placement of the dryer, on the one hand, the material flows down to the back end under the action of gravity and rotation, on the other hand, the material is repeatedly picked up by the sheet, carried to the top end and then continuously hoisted down, so that the material forms a uniform curtain in the cylinder. The material is evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully in contact with the hot air, thus accelerating the heat and mass transfer during the drying process. Due to the repeated spreading of the material, the moisture contained in it is gradually dried, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. In the drying process, the material is discharged to the star-shaped discharge valve in another section of the dryer under the action of the sheet and the hot air. This machine is suitable for drying all kinds of slag materials with water content below 85%, such as beer grains, bean residue, spray corn husks, fruit residue, etc. It has a good effect on developing feed resources, reducing feeding costs and reducing environmental pollution.
